The front door

• Inquiry form with an instant estimateYour questions, on your website. Date and guest count answer with a range from your rules: seasons, day tiers, event types, minimums, add-ons, and any promotion you are running.
• Event types with their own rulesWeddings, elopements, private events, showers, corporate and more, each with its own pricing and the dates you do not sell it on.
• Public tour bookingCouples pick from the hours your team actually works. Never on event days, never on top of another tour.
• Consent captured properlyTexting and email consent as separate, unchecked boxes that name your legal entity, with the evidence kept for carrier registration.
• Pre-tour questionnaireGoes out the moment a tour is booked; the answers are on the tour before the couple arrives.

Leads and the pipeline

What is not here yet

Card payments in the couple portal are on the way; today couples pay by check or cash and staff record it against the invoice. Texting goes live venue by venue as each carrier registration clears.
