The operating system for wedding & event venues
One system instead of
four subscriptions.
The inquiry that quotes itself, the tour that books itself, the contract both partners sign, the event order, the floor plan, the payments, and the books. One login, one monthly price, built with a working venue.
A guided tour of the real product with real sample data, on your screen in fifteen minutes.
What it replaces
The CRM, the planning tool, the bookkeeping, the follow-up automations. One system, one bill.
Most venues run on a client manager for inquiries and contracts, a planning tool for timelines and floor plans, an accounting subscription for the money, and a marketing platform for the follow-ups. Four logins, four bills, and the same couple retyped into each. Oikos Venue is the whole path, from the first inquiry to the last payment, in one place.
Your inquiry form answers with a number
Your seasons, your day-of-week rates, your event types, your minimums. The estimate comes from rules you set, never a guess, and every inquiry lands in your pipeline already filled in.
Illustrative numbers from the sample venue. Yours come from your own pricing rules, including a promotion when you are running one.

Everything a venue actually runs on
Not modules bolted together. One system where each piece feeds the next.
A pipeline that moves itself
Your columns, your names. A booked tour moves the couple to Tour, a paid deposit to Booked, a filed survey to Follow-up. You decide the rules once.
Tours that book themselves
Couples pick from the hours your team actually works, per person. The tour lands with whoever owns that slot, with reminders before and a survey after.
Contracts both partners sign
Each partner signs from their own email with a sealed audit trail. The booking, the payment schedule and the books entry are created the moment the last signature lands.
Event orders that build themselves
The questionnaire you nominate, the walkthrough confirmations, vendors and their insurance, the floor plan, your staff checklists, and a hard copy for the day.
Floor plans to the inch
Draw the room, seat the tables, color-code the bridal party, hand the caterer a seat count per table, and save the layouts you reuse as templates.
Money that adds up
Deposits, milestones, promotions, per-couple discounts with the reason recorded, and one invoice per couple. Real double-entry books underneath, included.
A portal couples understand
Their date, their balance, their documents, their seating, their messages, and a checklist of what you need from them with real dates on it.
Your team, your lists
Staff seats without the finances. Event prep, event day and close-out checklists in your words, copied to every event, printable for the crew.
Oikos AI & Marketing add-on
A concierge that answers couples from your real calendar, your pricing rules and only the facts you wrote, plus marketing built on your actual bookings. Test it yourself before it ever talks to a lead.
One system, four seats
The owner sees everything
The pipeline, the money, the season ahead, and what needs attention today. Pricing rules, promotions, checklists, what the AI may say, and the books are yours alone to change, no developer needed.
Staff get operations, not the books
Tours in their own hours, the couples in their slots, walkthroughs, event prep, and the post-tour survey. Finance and settings stay with the owner, enforced by the platform, not by trust.
Couples get one calm place
Payments, documents, seating, messages, the questionnaire they can mark final, and the list of what you still need from them. Only their wedding, nothing else.
Outside planners get exactly enough
The timeline, the floor plan, the vendor list, and a place to leave notes, for their one event only. Never your finances, never other clients.
Simple, honest pricing
One venue, one monthly price. The platform runs your venue. The add-on grows it.
Everything above: instant quotes, pipeline, tours, e-signing, event orders, floor plans, payments, portals, and Oikos Books included.
The platform plus the concierge that answers every inquiry, automated follow-ups, and marketing built on your bookings. You run it from your phone.
We run your marketing. You approve from your phone. Everything in the middle tier, with our team doing the work.

Fair questions
We're on HoneyBook, Planning Pod, or spreadsheets. How painful is switching?
Bring a CSV export. The importer maps your couples, dates and booked totals in one pass, and re-running it never duplicates a couple. We do the first import with you on the walkthrough call.
Is the e-signing actually legal?
Signatures follow the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA: explicit consent, adopted signatures, each partner identified through their own email, and a tamper-evident sealed audit trail on every envelope.
Can I change things myself, or do I have to ask you?
Yourself. Pipeline columns and what moves a couple between them, pricing rules and promotions, questionnaire fields, the couple checklist, staff checklists, tour reminders, email wording, and what the AI is allowed to say are all yours in Settings. Per-couple exceptions live on that couple's event order.
What does the AI say to my couples?
Only what you wrote and what your calendar and pricing rules confirm. It never states a price or an open date on its own, it will not offer an event type on a date you exclude, and it hands off to a person for anything else. There is a test mode where you play the couple before it ever talks to a real lead.
Do couples need to create accounts?
No passwords to invent. Couples and coordinators arrive by secure email link and see only their own event.
Whose data is it?
Yours. Every couple, message, and dollar exports cleanly, and your venue's data is isolated at the database layer, not by a promise.
See it with your own venue's numbers
Fifteen minutes, your pricing, your season. We'll show you the inquiry-to-booked path end to end.
